Building trusting and long-lasting relationships with children and young people is our core value. Another is building and sustaining our relationships with local authorities, professionals, and other outside agencies. We achieve this through total transparency and meaningful dialogue, interacting and communicating on every child and young person's achievements and progress through reviews and our ‘Clear Care’ online portal link.

We pride ourselves in creating a homely caring and supportive environment. Helping our children and young people to enjoy and make the most of their childhood experience, is at the forefront of what we wish to achieve.

At Northwest Child Care we create an in house culture of empathy and understanding of one another’s needs, wishes and feelings. We replicate a warm homely environment that we wish to transcend through role modelling to individuals. Pride in one’s appearance and environment is paramount to establishing this mentality within our children and young people for their future beyond North West Child Care.

Through Positive Choices, we want each child or young person to reach their potential so that they can grow in confidence, rely less on resilience, but develop interests and step out of their comfort zone, whilst feeling safe and assured that we will support them every step of the way.
